2018年の締めくくりとして、今年のワインTOP5 - ランキング 3 / The most memorable TOP 5 wines in 2018 - Ranking 3

TOP3からは本当に独断と偏見でいきます！高い、安いとか、手に入れやすい、入れにくいとか一切考慮に入れず、ただ思うがままに。。。。　と言う事で、ダニエル・サージュです。

ダニエル・サージュ、天才です。ワイナリーを立ち上げてからそんなに長い月日が経っているわけではありませんが、それぞれのワインの完成度がとても高い！白は旨味がしっかりある一方で綺麗な酸が一本通っていて心地よい。ガメイで造られたワイン達はそれぞれの個性があるものの、共通点としてはその純粋さ。本当に透明度は中国九寨溝の池々のよう。mare思うにワインの純度としては世界トップクラスと考えています。

何よりこのワインの良さは、早い時期からワインの個性と良さが際立っている事。そして、グランジ・バラというワインを除けば、早く飲んだ方が良いのではと思っています。本来、熟成ポテンシャルの高い骨格のきっちりしたワイン、そして複雑味を増した熟成ワインが好きなmareですが、このワインだけは本当に例外。身体にスーと入り込んでくる感覚が素晴らしいワインなのです😆

やや難点は手に入れづらいところ。日本だとそれなりの値段だったり、セット販売になってしまっていることが多いです。フランスで買うとガメイタイプのワインならば大体２０００円前後で買えるワイン。つまりフランスではデイリーワインなのです。素晴らしいデイリーワインが日本ではレアな中堅ワインになってしまっているところがやや残念。こんなワインが２０００円であったら毎日飲んじゃいます！

From here,  I select wines without any consideration of price valuation or rarity.  Just my impression!  And, ranking 3 is Daniel Sage.

He is genius.  It hasn't been such long time since he established his winery.  However, each of his wines has already reached very high standard.  His white wines are so comfortable with proper level of acidity which is constructing perfect balance together with its fruit taste.  About his wines made from Gamay grapes, there are many vineyard wines.  While each vineyard has their own personality, there is a common character, "purity".  I think this purity is the top in the world.

Good point of Daniel Sage wines is that wines can be drunk with lots of joy even when they are so young.  Though, originally, I love wines with good structure and love wine with complexity by long-term maturing, Daniel Sage is totally exceptional.  His wines can spread through body without any resistance and I love that feeling😆

Only problem is that it is difficult to buy them in Japan.  Maybe, people can, ,but they have to spend good amount of money for it.  In France, his Gamay wines cost us about 18 - 25 USD.  So, They can be consumed as daily wines.  I wish we had such daily wines in Japan!
